1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between Creative Global School ("School," "we," "us," or "our") and the parents/guardians ("you," "your") of students enrolled in our institution. By completing the enrollment process, paying fees, or using any school services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. School Services
Creative Global School provides educational services including but not limited to:
- Academic instruction as per CBSE curriculum
- Extracurricular activities and sports programs
- Library and laboratory facilities
- Counseling and guidance services
- Transportation services (where applicable)
- Meal services (where applicable)
- Online learning platforms and digital resources
- Parent-teacher communication systems
3. Admission and Enrollment
Admission Process
- Admission is subject to availability and meeting eligibility criteria
- All information provided during admission must be accurate and complete
- Required documents must be submitted within specified timeframes
- The school reserves the right to verify all submitted information
- False information may result in admission cancellation
Enrollment Confirmation
- Enrollment is confirmed only upon payment of required fees
- Seats are not reserved without fee payment
- Late enrollment may be subject to additional charges
- The school may refuse enrollment for cause
4. Fees and Payment Terms
Fee Payment Policy
All fees must be paid by the due date to avoid late charges and service interruption.

- Respectful behavior towards teachers and peers
- Compliance with school dress code and regulations
Academic Performance
- Students must maintain satisfactory academic progress
- Remedial support will be provided for struggling students
- Repeated failure may result in non-promotion
- CBSE examination registration requires meeting attendance criteria
6. Code of Conduct
Zero Tolerance: The school maintains zero tolerance for bullying, harassment, violence, or any form of misconduct that threatens student safety.

- Respectful treatment of all community members
- Honest and ethical conduct in all activities
- Responsible use of school property and resources
- Compliance with safety rules and regulations
- Appropriate language and behavior at all times
Prohibited Activities
- Bullying, harassment, or intimidation
- Violence or threats of violence
- Possession of prohibited items (weapons, drugs, etc.)
- Cheating or plagiarism
- Vandalism or destruction of property
- Inappropriate use of technology or social media
- Bringing outside food without permission
7. Disciplinary Procedures
Progressive Discipline
- Verbal Warning: First offense counseling
- Written Warning: Documented behavior correction
- Parent Conference: Collaborative intervention planning
- Suspension: Temporary removal from school
- Expulsion: Permanent removal for severe violations
Serious Violations
Certain violations may result in immediate suspension or expulsion, including:
- Violence against persons or threats thereof
- Possession of weapons or dangerous items
- Drug or alcohol-related offenses
- Sexual harassment or misconduct
- Criminal activity on school premises
8. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities
Financial Obligations
- Timely payment of all fees and charges

- Support for school policies and decisions
- Accurate and updated contact information
- Notification of student absences
Student Support
- Ensuring student's regular attendance

- Supporting homework completion
- Reinforcing school values at home
- Seeking help for student difficulties
9. Technology and Digital Services
Acceptable Use
- School technology is for educational purposes only
- Users must respect digital citizenship principles
- No accessing inappropriate or harmful content
- Protection of personal and others' privacy
- Reporting of cyberbullying or inappropriate behavior
Restrictions
- No downloading of unauthorized software
- No sharing of login credentials
- No use of school networks for commercial purposes
- No circumventing security measures
- No recording without permission
10. Health and Safety
Medical Information
- Complete and accurate health records must be provided
- Notification of medical conditions and allergies required
- Medication administration requires written authorization
- Regular health check-ups may be required
Emergency Procedures
- Students must follow all emergency protocols
- Parents authorize emergency medical treatment if unreachable

15. Termination of Services
Voluntary Withdrawal

Involuntary Termination

- Serious disciplinary violations

17. Dispute Resolution
